Base of the shed completed on 5th November 2016
Daron and his crew have now finished the base laying, which is the first part of our construction project. The building itself is still scheduled to go up in the week of December 19th. The same team will be doing that so they’ll be familiar with the site before they start.
Thanks to Steve for providing the water supply for the cement mixing. Thanks to Kay for issuing the cheque to Daron and thanks to the friends who came along to help with spreading the topsoil from the excavation. It so happened that our labour wasn’t needed because the crew had brought a mini digger and were able to spread the soil much more easily than we would have done with our hand tools. So, an all round successful day.
